Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Now that winter is over and we aren't living in our sweatpants and sweatshirts anymore it is time to get back into shape. The weather is beautiful outside, sunny and just the right temperature for a nice walk in the park or around the block. It is better to start now before the weather gets too hot to exercise outdoors, or if you are someone who likes to workout indoors and in your very own home, Pilates is the perfect workout. Here is one of her videos where she works out the legs, abs, and arms, it is not too intense nor is it that easy, but it is very satisfying once it is over!
